Since it is an "Open Doors" day:
- Access: You simply walk up to the entrance during opening hours (10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.).
- Entry: It is free and open to everyone on Saturday, 18 April.
- Capacity: In very busy moments, staff might briefly hold the line at the door to manage the number of people inside, but there is no reservation system.
Services
- Toilets: Public facilities are available at La Lonja and the Torres de Serranos.
To reach these three monuments in Ciutat Vella (Old Town), public transport is your best bet as parking in the historic centre is very limited.
By Metro (Recommended)
The monuments are located in a triangle within the city centre. Depending on which one you want to visit first, use these stations:
- For La Lonja: Get off at Xàtiva (Lines 3, 5, 9) or Àngel Guimerà (Lines 1, 2, 3, 5, 9). It is a 10-minute walk through the city centre to the Central Market area.
- For Torres de Serranos: Get off at Pont de Fusta (Tram Line 4) or Alameda (Lines 3, 5, 7, 9). It’s a short walk across the Turia park.
- For Torres de Quart: Get off at Àngel Guimerà or Túria (Lines 1, 2). Both are about a 10-minute walk away.
By Bus (EMT)
Many bus lines stop right near the monuments:
- To La Lonja: Look for lines 7, 27, 60, or 62, which stop near the Central Market (Mercat Central).
- To the Towers: Lines 94, 95, 28, and C2 run along the old riverbed (Turia) and stop very close to both the Serranos and Quart Towers.
On Foot (Between Sites)
Since you are in the Old Town, the best way to move between them is walking:
- Serranos Towers to La Lonja: 8-minute walk.
- La Lonja to Quart Towers: 7-minute walk.
- Quart Towers back to Serranos Towers: 10-minute walk.
By Bike (Valenbisi)
There are multiple Valenbisi docking stations at:
- Plaza del Mercado (for La Lonja)
- Plaza de los Fueros (for Serranos Towers)
- Calle de Quart (for Quart Towers)
