Museo Taurino Valencia
About this event
Event: A Journey into the Heart of Tauromachy
Location: Museo Taurino de Valencia (Plaza de Toros)
Type: Cultural Immersive Experience
Step behind the scenes of one of Spain’s oldest traditions at the Valencia Bullfighting Museum. This event offers a deep dive into the "Liturgy of the Bull," tracing the history of the spectacle from the 18th century to the modern day.
The experience begins in the permanent gallery, where you can see the incredibly detailed Suits of Lights worn by legendary matadors and historic posters from the 1800s. The journey continues with an audiovisual presentation that explains the life of the fighting bull and the ritual of the ring. The highlight for many is the walk through the Plaza de Toros, where you can stand on the sand of the neoclassical arena and explore the chapel and the bullpens.
