A Session of Self-Discovery & Connection
Are you looking for a moment of calm to reflect and meet like-minded people? Join us for Inktrospect, a new session where we dive deep into self-discovery through writing and meaningful conversation.
✨ What to expect
Our time together is split into two balanced parts:
- The Journaling Part: A quiet space to ponder on your own and jot down whatever is on your mind.
- The Exchange Part: An opportunity to share your thoughts and reflect on deeper questions in small groups.
We’ll explore questions like:
- What are you grateful for today?
- What book, article, or podcast has inspired you recently? What key insights did you gain?
- What’s your main goal right now, and what steps can you take to achieve it?
📌 Logistics: Where & When
- 📍 Location: Café del Mar (Cabanyal) – Carrer de Martí Grajales, 3.
- 🕐 Time: Meet at 1:00 pm. We start the session at 1:15 pm sharp, so please try to be on time!
- 📝 What to bring: Anything you like to take notes with—pen and paper, a laptop, or your phone.
👤 Who can join?
Everyone is welcome! We just ask that you come with a friendly and open-minded attitude.
- Language: Most conversations will be in English, so you should be comfortable speaking/understanding it to participate.
- Note: We have a friendly community.
