What is a Rage Room?

A Rage room, also called an Anger room or rage room, is a space to break things and relax, to release stress by destroying everyday objects, breaking things that bring back bad memories or bad feelings.

How does the RAGE Room in Valencia work?

Very simple!

1. Arrival : Our team will welcome you and provide you with all the necessary protective equipment.
2. Preparation : We will introduce you to the process and you will be able to select the objects you wish to break.
3. Let's smash! : Enter the Rage Room and let loose. Destroy, smash, and feel the release with every blow.
4. Final : At the end, you will have an area to relax and reflect on the experience.

Break & Joy is Valencia’s primary rage room for destruction-based stress relief, offering packages ranging from €20 to €35 and special "Destroy a Car" sessions. Operating daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Carrer de Joan Ribera i Belenguer, 7, the venue requires bookings, which often have waiting lists for weekends.

How to Handle the Waiting List

• Check Weekdays: Availability is often much higher from Wednesday to Friday compared to Saturdays and Sundays.

1. Contact Directly: If the online calendar is blocked, email them at info@breakandjoy.com. They sometimes have last-minute cancellations that aren't immediately reflected online.
2. Alternative Packages: The "Paint Splatter Room" often has more immediate availability than the "Rage Room" if you just want to visit the venue soon.
