This Level 1 course is designed for anyone looking to understand wine in a practical, engaging, and professional way. Over three intensive afternoon sessions, you will dive deep into the world of viticulture, tasting at least 12 different wines covering various styles, regions, and grape varieties.

The 3-Day Program (17:00 – 21:00 daily):

• Monday, April 27: Winemaking & Origins
  Explore the science of white, rosé, red, and sparkling production. Learn how soil, climate, and technique transform grapes into world-class wine.

• Tuesday, April 28: Territory & Varieties
  Understand the "DO" (Designation of Origin) hierarchy in Spain and internationally. Master the characteristics of the world’s most important grape varieties.

• Wednesday, April 29: The Art of Tasting & Pairing
  Master sensory analysis and professional taster techniques. Includes an introduction to the Mercadini system—the gold standard for creating perfect food and wine pairings.
