Designed for those who want to move beyond the label, this Level 1 course provides a practical and educational foundation in viticulture. Across three consecutive afternoons, you will experience a professional-grade curriculum while tasting 12+ diverse wines from world-renowned styles and regions.

The 3-Day Program (17:00 – 21:00 daily):

• Monday, May 25: Methods & Techniques
  A deep dive into winemaking. We study the distinct processes behind white, rosé, red, and sparkling wines, alongside the critical roles of soil and climate.

• Tuesday, May 26: Territory & Varieties
  Learn to navigate the Spanish "Designations of Origin" and master the world's primary grape varieties and their territorial hierarchies.

• Wednesday, May 27: Sensory Analysis & Pairings
  Apply your senses using professional taster techniques. You will also be introduced to the Mercadini system for scientifically balanced food and wine pairings.
