About the Event
The 2026 edition of Kroqueta Fest returns to the Valencia beachfront for four days of gourmet gastronomy and live music. Top local restaurants compete to serve the city's best croquettes in classic, innovative, and signature categories.
What to Expect
- Gourmet Stalls: Featured participants include previous winners and local favorites like Sibarita, Les Croquetes, La Pichurrita, Malafama, Bar Marvi, Jenkin's & Cheek's, Los Chamacos, and Amarre 29.
- Unique Flavours: Explore a wide range of recipes, from Iberian pork cheeks and roasted pumpkin with gorgonzola to exotic options like Mexican truffle (huitlacoche).
- Inclusive Options: A dedicated space for gluten-free croquettes is available to prevent cross-contamination.
- Entertainment: Enjoy live music from bands like GenZ, Jarana's, and Grupo Chanela, alongside various DJs throughout the weekend.
- Activities: The venue features a children's area with inflatables, a mechanical bull, a craft market, and even a tattoo truck.

While general admission is free, the venue has a strict capacity limit. You can pre-purchase a Fast Pass + Croquette Portion for approximately €6.00 to ensure you don't miss out.

Transport and Parking: Kroqueta Fest 2026
The festival is located at the beachfront esplanade in front of Hotel Neptuno. Since the area is popular and entry is free, public transport is the most stress-free way to arrive.
Public Transport
- Tram (The Best Option):
- Line 8: Get off at the Neptú stop. This is the closest stop, only a 2-minute walk from the event.
- Line 6: Get off at Grau - La Marina. This is about an 8-minute walk to the esplanade.
- Metro:
- Line 5 or Line 7: Take these from the city centre to the Marítim station. From there, you can easily transfer to the Line 8 tram (using the same ticket) to reach the beach.
- Bus:
- Lines 19, 32, 92, and 95: These all connect various parts of the city (including the City Centre and the City of Arts and Sciences) directly to the Marina and Las Arenas beach area.
Parking Options
If you choose to drive, be aware that street parking near the beach fills up very quickly during festivals.
- Paid Underground Parking: The Parking Clübo Neptuno is a 24-hour underground car park located just a few meters from the venue.
- Hotel Las Arenas Parking: A large paid car park on Calle Eugenia Viñes, roughly a 5-minute walk away.
- Public Street Parking: There are free spots along the nearby streets, but these are usually taken by early morning on festival days.
Alternative Transport
- Cycling (Valenbisi): Valencia is very flat and bike-friendly. There are several Valenbisi bike-share stations located along the Paseo de Neptuno and near the Hotel Neptuno.
- Taxi/Bolt/Uber: A ride from the city centre typically takes 15 minutes and costs between €12 and €16 depending on the time of day
