• Knead and roll your own fresh pasta sheets from scratch.
• Discover the secrets to a rich, slow-cooked authentic Italian ragù.
• Learn to whisk a velvety, traditional béchamel sauce.

🍮 The Tiramisù Class
Finish on a sweet note by mastering this iconic dessert. You will:

• Learn the perfect harmony between coffee, cocoa, and mascarpone.

Ciao! I’m Claudio. After years of working in professional kitchens across Europe and South Africa, I opened my own school to share the true passion of Italian cooking. My recipes are simple, authentic, and focused on the joy of sharing a table. I’ll show you how to achieve that 'perfetto' flavor without the stress. Ciao belli!
