About this event
The PROAVA Fair is the largest food and wine event in the Valencian Community. Its origins date back to 1987 in Valencia's City Hall Square, with a first edition marked by the enthusiasm of 16 wineries and cooperatives, despite the rain. Since 2000, the event has been held in the Turia Gardens, featuring over one hundred exhibitors from the Valencian agri-food sector.
