The 9th edition of TastArròs returns! For 48 hours, Valencia’s City Hall Square transforms into the ultimate gastronomic destination, celebrating the rich heritage of Valencian rice and the art of the perfect paella.

What to Expect

• Gourmet Tastings: Sample world-class paella and innovative rice dishes prepared by top chefs using the three protected local varieties: Bomba, Senia, and Albufera.
• Urban Sequer: Witness a spectacular recreation of a traditional drying shed, where 10,000 kilos of rice will be spread across the square.
• Live Entertainment: Enjoy live music performances and show-cooking demonstrations on the TastArròs T’Ensenya stage.
• Young Chefs Competition: Watch the "Arrocero del Futuro" contest, where the best rising culinary stars from across Spain compete live.
