We'll meet at Coolinary Experience, in the old El Carmen neighborhood of Valencia.
Sommelier Eduardo will give an introduction, present the wines, and talk about the characteristics of each one, accompanied by an aperitif.
When we're done, we'll connect with the other participants in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

About the sommelier: Eduardo Schiebel, certified in WSET Level 3 and Master Sommelier in Valencian Wines by the D.O. Valencia. A specialist in Scotch whiskies from the Edinburgh Whisky Academy, he also has a solid background in other areas of the beverage world.
