We begin at Okinawa Gym with a dynamic boxing conditioning session, followed by a run along the River Turia, then finish strong with a contrast therapy session at COOL MOVE — sauna, ice bath, herbal tea, and breathwork.

- Boxing Conditioning (Okinawa Gym | 9:30 – 10:30)
Power through an energizing boxing session focused on movement, coordination, and strength. Open to all levels — no sparring, just solid conditioning and fun.
- River Run (10:35 – 11:10)
Flow through a guided run along the scenic Turia river, building endurance and rhythm.
- Recovery Session (COOL MOVE | 11:15 – 12:30)
End with full-body restoration — ice bath, sauna, herbal tea, and mindful breathing. A refreshing close to a powerful morning.
