Sunset Vinyasa Flow in Turia Gardens
Join me for a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class in the beautiful Turia Gardens, near Pont de la Trinitat.
This all-levels class is designed to help you move, breathe, and unwind in a relaxed outdoor setting. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you're welcome to join.
With 8 years of teaching experience, I can offer modifications and guidance to help support your individual practice and yoga goals, whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or deepen your understanding of yoga.

What to Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel.
Yoga mat rental is available for €2, but I’ll need to know in advance.
