Este taller de contact impro forma parte del Minifesti, un día lleno de actividades de movimiento y bienestar.
El taller lo imparte el magnífico Manu.
Con la atención consciente en las sensaciones corporales, estableces una suave conexión con tu cuerpo desde la distension muscular y el minimo esfuerzo. Esto te permite un movimiento que se adapta elegantemente y de manera fluida e improvisada al suelo y tus compañeras de danza y te invitará a jugar con los pesos, las oposiciones, los apoyos e inercias que emergerán al compas de las mareas respiratorias.

This contact improv workshop is part of Minifesti, a day full of movement and wellness activities.
The workshope is led by the fantastic Manu.
With conscious attention to bodily sensations, you establish a gentle connection with your body from muscle strain and minimal effort. This allows you a movement that adapts elegantly and in a fluid and improvised way to the floor and your dance partners and will invite you to play with the weights, oppositions, supports and inertias that will emerge in time with the respiratory tides.
