From body awareness to creativity – playing with skeletal system

This workshop invites you to explore movement and connection through the body’s internal structure, using the skeletal system as a starting point for awareness and creativity. The work is guided through hands-on exploration, partner practice and structured challenges, creating an accessible way to bring new movements, precision and playfulness into the dace.

Built on trust: Listening & communications with a dance partner

This workshop focuses on developing practical skills for clear, embodied communication in partnered dance. We will explore how to listen through the body, recognize subtle cues, and respond with sensitivity rather than anticipation. Through breath-based awareness, eye contact, guided touch, leading and following with care, we will practice giving and receiving invitations, respecting boundaries, and taking responsibility for a partner’s safety. Working in pairs, trios, and as a whole group, we will strengthen trust, presence, and adaptability — essential tools for dancing with others in an attentive, supportive, and grounded way.
