Get ready to push your limits at one of Europe’s most electric fitness events. HYROX returns to the stunning Feria Valencia for a three-day festival of endurance, strength, and community. Whether you are aiming for a personal best or taking on your very first race, the "Valencia vibe" is legendary for its energy and crowd support.

💪 The Race Format
Every athlete, regardless of division, completes the signature HYROX challenge:
- 8 x 1km Runs
- 8 Functional Workout Stations:
- 1000m SkiErg
- 50m Sled Push
- 50m Sled Pull
- 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
- 1000m Row
- 200m Farmers Carry
- 100m Sandbag Lunges
- 75/100 Wall Balls
🏆 Divisions
- HYROX Open: For everyone—challenging but achievable.
- HYROX Pro: For the experienced athlete (heavier weights).
- HYROX Doubles: Tackle the course with a partner (Men, Women, or Mixed).
- HYROX Relay: Split the work with a team of four.
- HYROX Youngstars: A dedicated event for the next generation of athletes.
🎟️ Important Information
- Spectators: Join the "Roxzone" to cheer on your friends and family. Spectator tickets are available online.
- Check-In: Arrive at least 90 minutes before your scheduled start time.
- Preparation: Bring your photo ID and your personalised QR code for entry.
Spectator Tickets: Online advance tickets are around €12.50 to €15, though they can reach €25 if purchased late or at the door. Tickets available soon
