Outdoor group training and a sea swim!

Join COOL MOVE + VALENFIT for a beach workout followed by a refreshing community sea swim. This event is perfect for those looking for a healthy dose of nature. Meet us as we challenge the Mediterranean waters during the winter months. It’s not mandatory to take part in both activities. You can join just the workout or come directly for the swim — you choose how to enjoy this experience.

What to bring: Comfortable workout clothes, swimsuit, towel, warm dry clothes, and water

9:30 am Beach workout and warm-up with the VALENFIT team
10:30 am Morning sea swim with the COOL MOVE community
Post-swim coffee: For those who’d like, we’ll gather for coffee and share the experience.
Professional photography: The entire event will be documented by the talented photographer Meg Rouje.
