This hands-on masterclass, led by an expert Paella Chef, takes you through the authentic techniques, secrets, and flavours of a true Valencian Paella. From selecting the perfect grain to achieving the legendary socarrat, you will learn to cook like a local while enjoying a curated selection of regional wines and appetisers.

Your culinary journey begins with a traditional Valencian "pica-pica" (aperitif). While you prep and cook, enjoy:

Under the guidance of our Master Chef, you will cover the essential pillars of paella:
- Ingredient Selection: How to identify and source the highest quality local produce.
- The Rice: Deep dive into different rice varieties and cooking methods.
- The Technique: Making a balanced, aromatic sofrito and controlling heat for the perfect texture.
- The "Socarrat": The secret to achieving the prized, crispy bottom layer of the pan.

After the class, sit down to enjoy the full Mediterranean feast you’ve helped create:
- Starter: Salad of Valencian tomato, spring onion, cured tuna, and olives.
- Main: Authentic Valencian Paella (Plant-based/Vegan version available upon request).
- Dessert: Horchata French Toast (Torrija de Horchata).
